The clients brief was to have a family home with a flat incorporated for a parent. Privacy was created with an internal courtyard which both units occupy and can come together in. Tree pavilions make up the ‘u’ shaped house with one wing being occupied by the flat which has its own living areas, kitchen and bedrooms.
