A mixed-use multi-residential building proposed for a re-development in the center of Collingwood Melbourne. The clients brief required a holistic approach for a modern proposal to occupy a full existing site and have multiple incomes. A South American inspired rooftop restaurant and bar and a day time café in the foyer provides additional incomes on top of the 20 living units.
